The Challenge: Separate Systems and Unclear Infrastructure Planning
Several low voltage systems had grown separately as the building’s needs changed. CCTV points, access control devices and cabling were not supported by one clear infrastructure plan, which made the setup harder to manage during daily operations.
The client needed a more coordinated arrangement for monitoring, controlled entry and connected devices. Without a proper ELV layout, future additions such as extra cameras, access points or network devices could become harder to plan, install and maintain.

Elite ELV reviewed the active system points, cable routes and device locations before preparing an integrated layout. The priority was to make CCTV, access control and cabling work as one manageable infrastructure layer, instead of leaving each system to operate separately.
Camera locations, access points and cable routes were planned according to how the building was used daily. The team arranged device connections, organised the cabling path and tested the completed setup before handover to confirm that the infrastructure was ready for daily building use.
